I thought that being retired would leave big stretches of time to devote to sewing. I don't seem to be able to make time to sew as I'd like. But I'm passionate about fabrics and still collect them.

Right now there's an unopened box from Fabrics.com here and I'm looking forward to some quiet time today to open it and decide what to create with it.
